My Education: B.S. degree in Business Education from Troy University, Troy, Alabama. Courses taken at the University of Southern Mississippi and Brevard Community College. Currently adjunct faculty at BCC.

My Background: I was born in Alabama. I lived and taught school in Georgia for two years. I also lived in Hattiesburg, MS and worked at the University of Southern Mississippi in the MBA program before moving to Rockledge, FL.

My position at MIC:  I am the Enrichment Computer Teacher at MIC. I teach grade K-6. I also -teach  a Web Publishing class and Office 2007. I have been at MIC since 1982 in one capacity or another.

My Interests: I love being outside whether at the beach or riding my bike.

I have two wonderful children, Natalie and Nicole. Natalie resides in Manchester, N.H, where she is an assistant director at a theatre. Nicole completed her degree at UNF in Jacksonville and is married to a wonderful young man named Bradley Hamilton.  I am proud to say that both my children are MIC graduates and attended our school from the time that they were 3 years old. What a blessing!

My faith and learning statement: I received Christ as my personal Lord and Savior at this church (FBCMI).  I believe my mission as a teacher is to love boys and girls and to share the love of Jesus with them each time I am with them. I also believe that I should always strive to give my students the best education possible.
