My Education: B.A. in Criminal Justice specializing in Forensic science. Temporary Educator's Certificate for the State of Florida-Elementary Education-K-6th Grade.

My Background: I was born in Brevard County. I have been married for 19 years and have two children. I am a certified group exercise instructor.

My Position at MIC: I am a Kindergarten teacher, cheerleading coach and Interact club sponsor.

My Interests: I love to read, eat, exercise, and hang out with my family.

My Faith and Learning Statement: II believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. I made a profession of faith April 1, 1990 in Montgomery, Alabama. Kindergarten is such an important step in the life process. There is a popular saying, "Everything I needed to know I learned in Kindergarten." It's so true. The children learn how to behave in a social setting, they are introduced to the written word and numbers, and are exposed to the Christian perspective of living. I am thrilled to share my life and faith daily with these precious children. My prayer is that the children will have an exciting first year of school and make the most important decision of their life, which is to follow Christ.
