The Preschool Academy
The goal of The Preschool Academy is to prepare students to enter kindergarten with the readiness skills to succeed. Offered in a nurturing and caring environment, a Bible-based curriculum with a strong emphasis in phonics is taught. The curriculum is complimented by activities to grow and develop each domain of the whole child. The Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program (VPK) for 4 year olds also includes computers in each classroom, allowing students to use an interactive, self-paced software program to further reinforce reading readiness, early writing skills, and beginning math concepts. The preschool curriculum is supplemented with Spanish on a weekly basis.
Merritt Island Christian School has the distinct honor of preparing generations of students for the call of God on their life. We love and equip them with the tools they need to enter into their coming seasons of life. Your generous giving makes that possible. Thank you for partnering with what God is doing here at MICS.
